1. Kit Contents: 2 Ballasts, 4 Glass Rings, Relay Harness, 4 Pin Connectors, 2 wire taps (I needed 4)
2. Test Angel Eyes and Ballasts prior to installation using the car battery.

3. Remove 5 pins that hold radiator shroud on.
4. Remove 3 Philips head screws that hold bumper on.
5. Remove 2 Philips screws on each side of the bumper in wheel wells.
6. Pulls the sides of the bumper out toward you. Bumper is held on by some clips.
7. Wiggle the bumper off on each side (this is the hardest part) I ended up breaking a clip here. Location of were the clips attach to.

8. Picture of broken clip.

9. Disconnect Bumper from wire harness.
10. Remove Styrofoam piece.

11. Remove 3 bolts holding headlamp in place.

12. Pull headlight out towards you.

13. Disconnect 2 connections off the headlight.
14. Repeat the same procedure to the opposite side.

15. Remove 2 screws.

16. Remove caps and all light bulbs.

17. All required parts removed out before baking.
18. Pre-Heat oven to 190 degrees.
19. Put headlight on baking pan and insert in oven for 18 – 20 mins.

20. Once baking is complete, start pulling lens away from the housing. Takes a lot of force. Note the tabs that need to be pulled away while separating.

21. Remove 4 small Philips Screws and separate the lens.

22. Separated

23. Install glass rings (Angel Eyes) and use any glass bonding crazy glue or silicone alone the red area I marked. Install rings from behind. I accidentally dropped the ring with glue on the reflective part and messed up the finish of the housing, by trying to install from the front (Lesson Learned).

24. Drill 2 small holes in the housing & Install the Parking Lamp glass ring (Angel Eye) and glue around the red marked area.
25. Wires come out of the back side were the holes were drilled.
26. Put reflective assembly back on Lens and install 4 small Philips Screws.
27. Put housing back together back together note the gap with silicone. You’ll need to put the headlight back in the oven at 180 degrees for 5 minutes MAX. Once complete immediately close/seal the gap and make sure the clips around headlight snap in. NOTE: Allow the headlight to cool at room temperature, before taking out into the cold weather. (I had once glass ring – angel eye crack due to the difference in temps).

28. Drill 4 holes in the outer housing assembly and route wires. Silicone around the holes to prevent moisture buildup inside headlight.

29. Install plastic connectors on the ends of the wires/pins, they’ll click in place. Plug the ballast in.

30. Locate Parking Lamp wiring harness on vehicle. Pull the electrical tape back and tap into the Brown (Parking Lamp) and Black/White (Ground) using wire taps. Blue wire (Signals) is not used. I cut the butt connectors off the relay harness and used those to tap into the parking lights.

31. Parking light wires to ballast.
32. I mounted the ballast on this nice flat surface, Umnitza rep, mentioned that water may collect in that area, and I should find a way to isolate the water from the ballast.

33. Attach all harnesses and ballasts to the lights.
34. Install the headlamps back in.
35. Test to see if they work.
36. Install Bumper (don’t forget the fog lamp harness)
37. Finish and Enjoy.

This picture is just with the parking lamps and angel eyes turned on.
